Level 3:  Going for LEED certification? LEED is considered the “gold standard” for sustainability. We recognize that many teams are interested in pursuing LEED and are capable of performing LEED documentation on their own. However, the majority of these teams have never completed a project under LEED and may be uncertain about the risk involved in the current economic conditions.US Green Building Council Logo

Recognizing this,  Hotel Rescue™ can bring you experienced LEED experts who will serve as an owner representative for your project. By performing a “LEED Assessment Report”, the experts will create a working document for the entire team’s use. A LEED Assessment Report averages 30-40 pages, and is provided in a narrative style. It includes an assessment of each LEED credit and its applicability to the project. Included with each credit is a series of action items or next steps for the team to further pursue. The experts will also include their recommended level of LEED certification to pursue. If sufficient information is available at the time of review, they will include preliminary calculations.

In this manner, they can assist you in educating your team in a very cost efficient manner. You benefit from their unique hands-on experience with the different LEED rating systems, and their expertise includes nuances that most teams won't experience until they have progressed too far into the project, costing you money.

If you are interested in a LEED Assessment Report, either for an ongoing or upcoming project, please contact Hotel Rescue™.
